Information for Aromatherapy Oil Massage

Please arrive on time—ideally 5–10 minutes before your appointment begins—so you have time to calm down and get ready.
Hygiene – Please arrive clean and showered, wearing clean underwear.
Health – Massage is not recommended if you have a fever, a cold, an infectious disease, or open wounds and skin problems.
Alcohol and drugs – please do not come under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Food and drink – we recommend avoiding heavy meals for at least 1–2 hours before your massage.
Communication – If you have any health limitations (back pain, high blood pressure, pregnancy, etc.), please inform the massage therapist in advance.
Relax – During the massage, you can let us know at any time if something feels uncomfortable—the pressure can be adjusted.
It is possible to cancel up to 1 day and change up to 4 hours before the start.
